Have you changed your mind about your floor purchase? Whether its not moving forward with the project or wanting to switch to a different flooring, each situation is delt with on a case by case basis. Certain distributors have a non-refund/return policy, a restocking fee, or some can simply cancel the order or exchange at no cost. What ever the case you can trust us to do our best to make it a hassle free as possible. *On-site consultations and design are non-refundable if project is cancelled.

Floor Smart Warranty
Our Policy
Our services include a 3 year workmanship warranty, this covers labour and material costs due to floor failures from improper installation to minor trim replacements.

Floor smart exercises our 3/3/1/3 policy to ensure customer satisfaction. (3 week,3 month,1 year, 3 year follow up)
All of our products carry a manufacture warranty and are covered for replacement in the instance a product fails or does not perform as intended.

* Floor failure claims subject to inspection by certified inspectors and manufacture representatives.
*Floors must be installed, maintained, and used under manufactures' guidelines and limitations.
*Directing Floor Smart to proceed with installation out of manufacture guidelines and limitations voids all warranties.
